No those are the engine block drain plugs. In your manual under the fill procedure it should mention the bleeder plugs no?

First pic and part of second one is about the drain and fill of the coolant system, no mention of drain plugs except for the engine block ones.
Edit: Number 6 is the only mention of a "drain cock".

I think my 3 and 6 in the Draining and Filling Cooling System pic are the same as your 6 and 8 in the Filling Procedure pic of yours, just a different name for the same item ???
But re-reading it I am not sure why it would want the drain (bleeder screws) opened before putting in the coolant ???
Side note, my manual is a 2003 H2 Helm one.

FYI for anyone else that comes along I drained, filled, drain, filled twice. Just left the cap off as mentioned above.

Ya sure those instructions are not for a H1 ? These instructions show "air bleeder screws".
Just a thought while I am trying to help and google for some info 
Edit, nope they (yours) are for a H2, now I am more confused................
