My old man had an H3 long before I picked up my 2 and he complained of the same issues. I did the same thing, broke the calipers down and greased EVERYTHING. Also be sure to grease the back of the brake pads-most have metal shims attached and even those can cause noise. Grease everything and it will go away!

Use Brake Quiet glue on the back of the pads, not grease. The brake quiet is a rubber adhesive that keeps the pads from vibrating when you lightly press the brakes. It should solve the problem when you lightly touch the brakes when going slow.

To the guy who has 114000 miles on stock pads/rotors.....WOW.
