You obviously have never had to file a dispute with Paypal... IT IS HORRIBLE.... I ALWAYS fund my purchases with a credit card and not from my bank account with PayPal. This way when they give you the run around, you can dispute it with your own credit card company. In the 15 years or so I have used PayPal with over 600 transactions, all but one of them I have had to dispute went smoothly.
