I would look at either reverse engineering the entire controls from factory. Door controls to dash (Wires, fuses and relays) > dash to seats (wiring).
Or contact a seller of aftermarket heating elements and buy the controls. Like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Carbon-Fiber...56ff19&vxp=mtr
And just use the aftermarket controls and mount the panel/controls where you want.

 thanks for that word of wisdom..I may need to do this same exact thing myself before the winter hits....Texas winters are horid!!!

Ok, so I tried to check the fuses and it doesn't look like there are any fuses or open fuse sections for the seat warmers so I guess I am stuck again. I don't have the service manual for my truck and even if I did, I don't think I could read the wiring maps. I am guessing a relay needs to be installed or something for it to work, not sure-
Any help anyone can provide me would be great. Also, already went to the old Hummer dealership and talked to the former Hummer service technicians and they were of no help at all- felt like I was talking to some Kia service techs  idiots couldn't help me at all.
