I was thinking that if he had a bad ground, none of these issues hes describing would even work, let alone work correctly.

Default Another update. Re: Weird prob- video attached

Well since I posed last, the problem has went away. The temp has also increase from 0 to 30s and 40s. I still plan on replacing all bulbs, but what could be affected by temp???

Ground is bad in bulb harness. Turn on headlights and bulb uses headlight ground. The light being on all the time is the same as a burnt out bulb right?
