Answer is supposedly A). You burn toast until you can burn it no more. It supposedly acts as a weak form of activated charcoal. I have no idea about the tea and chalk.

DO NOT USE CHARCOAL BRIQUETTES (used for the B-B-Q). This can be more harmful that whatever was swallowed to begin with and some of the ingredients can mix with some poisons and make matters worse since there is nothing "pure" about it.

You can buy some activated charcoal in powdered form at healthfood stores. (side note - even if poison isn't a concern, certain virginians can use it for their flatulance problems.)
