After taking my car into the West Covina,CA dealer 5 times, the leaking into the carpet and insulation finally stopped. But I recently washed my car pretty thoroughly, and there was a small puddle of water not directly under the carpet, but right under the plastic trim.

I've submitted a complaint or whatever it's called with the Better Business Bureau and GM said they want to settle, but haven't called me back, so I'm waiting for the Better Business Bureau to go into an arbitration hearing.

I'm tired of this leaking problem, but I'll live.
