Default Light Bar OEM

I was wondering if anyone had direction to installing the in vehicle light bar wiring harness?

If you have an '05 or older, you can go to the dealer and ask them for the OEM light bar wiring harness from an '06 or newer.

It's a short harness that connects the light bar to the factory wiring. Now, you won't have the end connector but you can splice it into the factory harness (you just need power and ground)

The reason you want the factory harness is because it comes with the switch and makes it that much easier. (not a MUST have but a WILL help)

Thanks, I just bought the harness, but was needing the directions.

Joe,

Sorry man, I misunderstood. If I remember correctly, you really shouldn't need any instructions. The harness on one end plugs into a factory plug and the other end just gets spliced in.

You have to run it down the A pillar and into the dash for the switch.

Of course, at my age, my memory is only half as long as my dick.
