Hello all.

Does your LCD monitor show what you see on your rear-view mirror? The reason why I am asking is that maybe the camera you have was not specifically designed to be used as a backup camera. Look at the LCD and see if your left and right is reversed. What is on your rear-right maybe showing on the left side of the monitor and what is on your rear-left maybe showing on the right side of the monitor. I know if you turn your head around to look at the back of the car, what you then see is what you are seeing on the LCD if the camera/LCD setup is a simple camera setup.

I just saw another thread (http://elcova.com/groupee/forums/a/t...1/m/6741072051) w/ different backup camera and it has a switch on the LCD to "fix" this.

Could you please post camera manufacture name and L/R reversed or not?
ie) cheap ebay cam -> L/R reversed
ie2) v3 cam -> L/R corrected.

thanks all in advance and happy holidays...

i think its called reverse feed...
i was able to power it up at home and test it out, and checked how it worked, that button on mine just rotates the angles (in case you decide to mount the lcd screen upside down or whatever) the feed was already reversed
