You're not making very much sense in what you are saying. For starters, pick up the owners manual, and read it twice about how to set all of these personalization things. You'll probably find that will take care of your problems. For the mirror in reverse for example. Make sure the option for it is turned on to move in reverse, then, start it up, put it in reverse, let it move. Then while still sitting in reverse, move the mirror to the position you would like it to go to while in reverse. Then put it back in park. This should set your mirror to then go to that position.

Does your seat move back to position? Sounds like driver memory problem. Whenever mine act up (3 times in 8 months so far), seat will move all the way forward, radio, mirror messed up. Bring to dealer to change module + UPDATED PROGRAMMING!

Just to update you on the memory seat module problems. Gm is updating it again, and the latest one is suppossed to be out at the end of the year. And this is suppossed to finally take care of all memory seat problems they've been having.

Many of the memory items, (perhaps all ?), will ONLY remember the position if you are in the PARK position of your transmission. I was having that same sort of issue, until I finally read the manual.

I know it is stupid, it doesn't work like any of my other cars that have the memory options. For those others I just activate the "remember this" button sequence, which might be holding the Drive# button for more than a couple of seconds to then hear a "beep" (like the H2 does) or first pressing a Memory button and then the desired Driver# (like my BMW and my Jeep GC).

It is only the Hummer that requires me to be in the PARK position. Weird, but once you learn that...
