Default Front Diff Mounting Bolt

Ok I broke the bolt that holds the front Diff to the cross member does anyone have the exploded view so I can make sure I put all the washers and spacers back in the right place.

hi this is for a 2008 h2 ,but i think a 2007 is the same. The torque for the rubber mount bolt is 63ft. lbs. Hope this helps

Yep thats the bolt. I think I have all the washers. I put a grade 2 bolt in it for now. Need to get Grade 1 I think.

hi drmiles, i bet it does, the diff can move alot without the bolt, i had mine apart but i don't remember the grade of the bolt. It may be best to get it from the hummer dealer.

Should be able to pick it up from a hardware store. Its just a Metric grade 10.9 bolt with a flange nut head.

I Put a Grade 2 Bolt From tractor Supply. Bolt Say HKT on Top Not Sure if it is strong Enough.

Hi that bolt you are using is not good enough. Get a better bolt from the bolt supplier or go to the dealer and get the right bolt. That bolt also has a lock nut on it.

found a Grade 8 bolt. Seems to be the same as 10.9 if my mpa to psi calculations or correct.
