I had the same problem on my 05 h2 last summer. The actuator that controls the driverside temperature is located under the passenger side glovebox. To replace all you need to do is remove the cover then you will have access to the blower motor and then next to the center console you will see the actuator, the part # Dorman 604106 it has 3 screws holding in and one connector. I bought mine at autozone. There are 2 different actuators for the h2 and unfortunately it's the higher priced one. Hope this helps. I'm sure that doing this saved me over $300 from going to the dealership. Good luck!

When you changed the control module did you have it programmed and then did an actuator recalibration? If not try that.

I know you have to initially calibrate the actuator but you also have to program the climate control module?

Just double checked, an 03 requires no programming

part #604-106 $132. Worth every penny when cold air works on the drivers side now...
