Depends in part on whether they have 3-ply sidewalls like the BFGs have.

V10, if you go offroad often, step up and get 37's. If not, get what you want because 2ply vs 3ply sidewalls won't really make much of a difference.

Stay with 35's if you have an extended warranty or they'll try to deny your claims.
Or have 2 sets of wheels & tires.

Will 37s rub at all, ever, on my stock H2? Or would I need to crank the torsion bars to keep that from happening?
I raised my torsion bars on my Sierra to put mere 33" tires on it. It was annoying and embarrasing when it still rubbed coming out of the parking garage and turning into an incline. I would love to have bigger tires, but no if they will rub.

a 37 X 12.50 tire on the stock rim may rub slightly on the frame or anti sway bar slightly, but only at full lock. Many of us run 37's ( I currently have 35's again) and have puched tthe rigs hard without much rubbing. Now, if you go to an aftermarket wheel and you get the wrong offset/ backspace, you'll get some rubbing for sure.
