today the low tire pressure came on after i started it up... then i shut it off 2x's and it finally went away sometime after the 2nd restart...

I take it you never drove. If the air pressure is near the low pressure (around 24-26 psi), it might do this, but if your pressure is around 30, complain to the dealer and have him replace the sensor. If that doesn't solve the problem, replace the module.

i did drive it actually i started it up, warmed up for like 20 seconds then left my driveway and then it came on just past my house... i shut it down while rolling then started it up, and it beeped again, then shut it down at a light and it beeped again, then i just let it go and it went away after i was on the freeway.. i havent had the chance to check the pressure yet

I had my low tire pressure light come on the other morning. The ambient temp had dropped to 2 deg C (35 deg F) over night. After I drove for about 5 minutes the warning went away. I am attributing it to the lower temp.

Just goes to show how important it is to adjust your tire pressure as the seasons change...but damnit it is supposed to be summer
