Does anyone know of any black wheels to buy?

Hopefully someone makes some nice black wheels
in the same dimensions as the stock wheels.

(I'm not interested in having the stock wheels
painted or powder coated.)

Thanks!

What other methods of making wheels "black" are there other than paint or powder coat?

Just curious?

I know 4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers offers a black beadlocked Rock Crawler wheel similiar to the one in the second picture above.

Travis,

I don't have a problem with paint or powercoat.

I just dislike the stock cast Hummer wheels --
cast Aluminum is much weaker than forged, and
the pattern of the stock wheels is difficult to
clean.

I also dislike steel wheels because they're
usually weak, heavy, and rust prone.

So I'm looking for nice forged Aluminum wheels
that are painted or powder coated.

Ticket,

Gotcha, I understand now, and fully agree about the stock rims...

I have a friend who is a manufacturer of forged rims, I'll ask if they can take a forged wheel, and powder coat it instead of chrome.

Most off the shelf black rims I have seen are pretty plain.

Their chrome versions are at http://www.t2hummer.com/T2Hummer/WHEELTIRE.HTM

That's just the kinda wheel I'm after, Mister Ed!
You got a decent design -- looks nice and also
looks easy to clean.

If you could let me know where you had them
powder coated, I would appreciate it. I live
in the northeast.

Travis, something like these in black might be
nice:

Thanks folks.
