screw that...I would worry about rebels and banditos!
but it still looks like fun. I prefer that kind of trail running to ORV parks - more exciting to be going somewhere, not just in a circle.

its not that bad in Mexico although you do have to be careful especially if traveling solo. we get out onto some jobsites that are in some fairly remote areas. now Columbia - thats a horse of a different color.

Great photos. Looks like great fun! Took my H2 to Baja in February. No tough trails, no Sierra Club, lots of fun.

We run a trip thru Baja for 2 weeks every year
a few words of adice
buy gas when ever you see it
do not bring a gun unless you want to disapear into a mexican jail for 20 years
buy gas when ever you see it
filter your gas
buy gas when ever you see it
bring a good selection of spare parts
buy gas whenever you see it
travel in groups of 4 vehicles or more
buy gas whenever you see it
let the federalies search whatever and have plenty of bargaining booty(simple neceeities go a long way in , ah, trade, money will only get you taken to jail
and did I mention to buy gas whenever you see it

I've heard of groups with guides that will take you down through Baja. Anyone know of anyone.
