I'm Sorry for my recent behaviour.

I've said some things that were inappropriate and very hurtful.

It's that time of month for me.

The doctor tells me I have an abnormal amount of blood discharge where I have to change maxi pads 9-15 times a day for 1 week. Enough to fill 3 beer mugs.

Coupled with erratic mood swings, it's a very hard week for me.

Again, I'm sorry for saying those things to some of the members here. They were not true.
