Since I had manually turned on the interior lights (from the "dial" dash switch) my interior lights will no longer turn on when someone opens a door. I have fiddled with it endlessly and can not get them to work as they did before I manually turned them on.

Are there any TSBs about this?

Summay: Interior lights will only come on if you turn the "dial" swith for the dash lights all the way up. Set just below that they will not come on automatically when the door is opened.

No I am not talking about the overhead light switches on the roof behind the front seats.

I am sure you have checked this but the dial isn't turned all the way down is it. I am sure you know this but if so, the lights will not come one.

On a side note, do you know if your installer got enough orders to sell/ship the sub enclosure they did for you?

yea - if you have the dial all the way down - then you will not have dashlights either =)

have no idea about the sub deal - you will need to follow up with Luke @ Earmark

there is an Auto______ button below the dial. If that is pushed in, or out, cant remember, the doors will not activate the dome light.

wannab3H3 was right; there is a gay a$$ button on the lower left and you must leave it "out" for the interior lights to "work" - if pressed in they will "not work".

the button is used to turn off the interior lights i you were going to leave the doors open for an extended period of time. For example if you were tailgating. You must manually depress this button to return the light to normal operation.

X2. The H2 has one of these. It's also useful for when you arrive home with a kid who's just fallen asleep and who might wake up at any odd noise or lights.

Used to love getting a bunch of people together and going to the drive in. They charged by the vehicle and not per person. Usually had to go see the movie again though because we spent too much time drinking be and talking rather than watching
