Question Electric Brakes ???

Has anybody hooked up electric brakes for trailering?

Do you have to wire in the optional pig tail under the dash for the manual black box or is it prewired in the trailer plug at hitch?

search is a friendly thing to use on this one

but to answer your questions, YES.

Use the pigtail to wire your controller into the MIDBEC relay in the driver's footwell and you are ready to go, done. It's all pre-wired to the plug at the rear. All 7 wires are active at the plug.
