Looking for a set of bald stock h2 tires

I leased my 08 h2 and immediately put new tires and wheels on it. I am going to turn it in with 40000 miles on her in a couple years, and can do so with the used tires. I am looking to find someone that either wants to sell me their tires that have around 40000 miles on them, or someone that has said tires and wants to trade me for my brand new tires (less than 300 mi. on them) in exchange for some cash.
