I have a 2003 h2 suv and am about to trade it for an sut. I'm about 3 hours from a dealer and have seen one, but didn't pay attention to where the speakers where and how may. I want the NAV system. Anyone have this combo? Where are and how many speakers are there? Still Bose?

Bill,
The sound system is by Bose. There are speakers on each of the four doors and A-pillar covers. There may be more speakers tucked away that I'm not hearing but I don't think so.
Good luck with your new truck -- you'll love it!

Bill,
Do a search here for SUT sub box. I believe that was the title of the thread a while back about the SUT system.

Thanks - I read through that thread... Does anyone have pics of the rear door? I understand that it has two speakers each, one set facing forward.

Last one. If there's a second speaker in this door, it's well hidden!

Middle-age really blows sometimes -- this is gonna take a better set of ears than mine. Check out this screen shot from hummer.com. I only found six speakers.

And then there's this screen shot from another part of the Hummer website which says there are 7 speakers, not 9. That's more in line with what I think I have since a sub woofer (speaker #7) could be stashed just about anywhere. I think.

Thanks, Rodster. Hrmm... 7 or 9? I've seen it both ways. I've seen it listed as '9' more times than '7'.
Won't affect my purchase, just curious... Thanks again for the reply and taking the time to take pics!!!!
