Well, the day has finally arrived...and I have the same kind of feeling I had as a kid on Christmas morning. Picking up my Boulder Grey/Ebony Leather at Lynch in St. Louis then taking a few days off to have some fun with it and I'll return home late Sunday night. Is it still true that you should keep it @ 65mph and below for the 1st 1000 miles for the "break-in period"? I'll be driving it about 300 miles from Lynch. Thanks for any advice.

I sure hope not! I'm in big trouble if this is true... Enjoy your night

My dealer told me to vary the speed. 55 to 80 (but don't get a ticket), 10 to 15 minutes at various speeds. Have fun. The H3 is socomfortable, I never even pulled over at a rest stop on my 250 mile trip home.
Congrats and have fun.............

Congratulations!!!
The owner's manual says to avoid high rpms and towing for the first 500 miles; but that old style break-in isn't required.
Also, set your cold tire pressure, per the sticker on the door jamb, to properly break-in tires. Dealers rarely have the tire pressure correct.
Avoid hard braking, for the first 100 miles, to properly seat the brake pads.
