Drivers side front wheel well in back of the tire there are 2 tabs, One white from the body and one black from the frame about 2 " apart? Anyone know what they are for?

they are used on the assembly line to line up the body with the frane by inserting a dowell through the holes.

I asked because mine was stealth gray! Now I know what they are too! I thought it would be a way to ground the body to the frame!

Ditto! With the combined knowledge and experience of the members here we could probabily MaGyver a H2 out of Sheet metal Duct tape and bailing wire.
