Hey! I saw that awful thing a few weeks back in North Austin!
It looks even worse in person. 
I love all these terible "super custom" money pits that eventually make it onto ebay.

There re some people who actually think they can make money by blinging a car a selling it on e-bay---a very risky way to make a buck.
I have seen H2s at shows with tons of money in them that go for 50 cents on the dollar.

It looks like the XTC bar in chrome.
That's one ugly ass truck. They didn't even get the tire description/name right.
