This will go nowhere and be rejected by the courts!!!! Lockyer is a freakin nutjob and I am not sure whose wang he is suckin by bringing this lawsuit....soon as my kids graduate..it's asta la vista Kalifornia, I am beyond fed up with the sue all, etc. BS of this state! |

It is not just the subject, I hate frivolous lawsuits that governments and slim bag attorneys file against other parties. They waste our tax money in the court rooms, and the parties sued (in this case the auto manufacturers) have to spend millions to fight the damn things. Guess what, the costs are passed on to the consumer.
