Well I could say I'm just about anything on the net and get away with it, but the fact is I'm an Engineer. Just look up a few of my post- nobody in their right mind would post boring technical crap otherwise.

I campaigned a car for three years at KCIR and have built both small and big block Chevy's along with working on a couple of Ford projects.

About the only thing I can't stand more than snake oil health cure-alls is snake oil go-fast parts, that's all.

Wow, you f'up the install, get crap in your motor from sucking in some dirt from the mangled tube and blame the filter? As I stated above, the Airaid factory replacement along with the MIT have been on my H2 for 40K. The tube & tb are very clean, no dirt or oil.

K&N would be my 4thor5th choice in a pinch ,I would like to keep most of the dirt out of the engine as I will be travleing on dirt roads and trails a good bit . so paper or foam seams a better choice .
