Are you the original owner? It looks as though it may have been repainted at one time, it looks like there may be a small run/sag on the upper portion of the panel on the very edge and on the lower just to the left and below the rust a dirt nib in the paint..... if it was painted and not prepped correctly it could be the cause of the rusting.

I agree with the others with getting it fixed ASAP, if it was painted there is no way the dealer is going to warranty it

2nd owner. To my knowledge the truck has not been painted, but it certainly may have been. No sag, just poor picture...dirt nit could go either way in my experience. I had a new Z06 delivered with similar nits in the hood, dealer had to repaint....just GM quality shining through...lol.

Will have a body shop I know look at it this weekend or next week. Agree it needs to be addressed ASAP.
