I had an experience like that in a gym once too. I don't go b/c I'm a germophobe, but my girlfriend convinced me to go with her. I armed myself with anitbacterial wipes and some Purel. We get out onto the floor and she got on a machine for your legs- you sit semi-reclined and release some thing that frees the weights and you push out with your legs (keep in mind she is a built girl, very tall, and runs marathons etc.). Well, I didn't know about the "release" part. So I got on, got into position and she pulled the relaese thing and my legs just flew back, my knees were shoved on either side of my head. It was awful, furthermore I was too weak to push it back out and everyone else was laughing so hard that they were having trouble getting me out. I almost peed from laughing- and embarrasment.
