My opinion may be biased, but here it is anyway.
Big D. Here are the reasons.
1. Housing is very cheap here compared to the national average. You can buy much more house for your money, and I've been doing a lot of research on this. They are prediciting that the housing prices will catch up to the rest of the nation in the next 5-10 years. In other words. Buy cheap, sell high.
2. Money, lots of money in the DFW area. I read there are over 80,000 millionaires in the DFW area, more than any other metroplex in the country.
3. Weather. It is hot in summer, but it is not humid. I don't care what anybody says. Tell them to grow up by Lake Michigan and tell me it's humid here. Also, plenty of lakes, restaurants, amusements, places to go, things to do.
4. Dallas Cowboys are here, and they have been to more super bowls than any other team.
5. Great schools in the burbs.
6. Low taxes when comparing to other major cities.
7. Texas has been voting solidly republican the last decade, not this on the fence **** like Arizona.
8. George Bush is from Texas, John McCain is from Arizona. Need I say more?

I can add to this if you need me to.
