You're right, the hill DOES look decieving. In that first pic of the hill, the left lane looks harder than the right.

And you're right, it IS a bit freaky when you start lifting wheels. It's okay though, if you keep going forward slowly, eventually that wheel will touch back down to earth. Especially if you have the rear locker engaged, the rearend will just keep pushing you up the hill till the front tire touches back down.

Ever wheel with an H1? It seems like just about every pic I've seen of H1's wheeling have been of them with at least one, or sometimes even two wheels in the air.
