they gota drop 2 more so that i'd be in the zone. So is this because of the 3.7L or because testing has changed?

Testing has changed for 2008 in an attempt to more accurately match real world MPG. If you click in the sidebar on the Fuel Economy page, you'll see a link explaining the new testing, and why it was implimented.

It's about time they got a little more realistic with the MPG ratings... a long overdue move imo. Thanks for the head's up.
