I've stood on my Yakima racks without problem. Even on the mega warrior roof rack. The H3 could take 3 sea kayaks no prob. even with some stuff in the compartments. The question might be if the Yakima kayak holders can take a sea kayak with gear in the compartments.

I've had my yakima mounts holding my sea kayak w/full gear in the compartments and they held up well (I'd guess total weight of kayak + gear to be close to 100#). I took it on a monthlong trip to Alaska w/the rollers holding the kayak and no problems (and I beat the crap out of it too). Only problem there was that the bottom of the kayak got dents where it was held onto the rollers, wouldn't recommend doing that again
