I tried to trade mine in for the same reason. Mine had 37,200 miles and they wanted $12,760 to trade up to an 07. That was too much for me to swallow!
I did get an 100,000 mile warretny on the engine for FREE! So maybe I'll be OK.

Look for the next deal, they had 2k rebate and I got a mailer for 500 off.
I also get supplier from my work. let me know if you try again, I'll help ya.
