Out of curiousity, I asked what year he did and they said in 2007. Unless he lost or damaged it, why would you get an update so soon. (my truck is a 2006)

Anyway, still got one more unless the 2009 rule takes effect.

Actually, it is two free updates. GM calls it "Courtesy update". When I was talking to Jaq, which she was absolutely nice on the phone, she told me my 2007 offer for Courtesy update expired on Dec 31st of 2009, but she was going to go ahead and give me a update since no one ever claimed one on this hummer.
