Agree 100%! I had the same issue when towing my bass boat on I70 in the Rocky Mountains on a July 90F day six years ago. Diff oil on the shock tower and frame. Took it to Castle??? Hummer in Denver and they put a gizmo [i]on the front diff and it's never done it again.

yeah the first time it happened the dealer added (i thought it was a sensor at the time) the differential filter. no issues with it untill i took my trip recently and it started agian. do i need to replace the filter? anything else i can do?

im also running 37 military tires on steel wheels, going thru the desert at 90 mph.... maybe thats just TOO much?
